Fixture Concepts, a leader in manufacturing high-quality custom architectural millwork, casework, and store fixtures, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team in Saint Peters, Missouri. Responsibilities:

• Construct and assemble custom cabinets, casework, and fixtures based on detailed shop drawings and specifications.

• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.

• Ensure products meet high-quality standards with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cabinet making, millwork, or a related field.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Familiarity with woodworking tools, machinery, and safety protocols.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials and finished products up to 50 lbs.

• Bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching as needed to assemble and install components.

• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and precision tools.

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.

• Tolerance for exposure to dust, wood particles, noise, and shop environment (most PPE provided).

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and on the loading dock.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug-test as a condition of employment.

Work Schedule:

• Two available shits:

  • First Shift (6:00am – 2:30pm)

  • Second Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm)

• Monday through Friday

• Overtime/weekends may be required based on production needs
